Detailed Description
Dry Tea Leaf:
Appearance: The tea is crafted with wooly, aromatic buds and fuller leaves displaying light greenish hues with plenty of silver tips. Hand plucked strictly as a bud plus two leaves, from AV2 cultivation. The thick, silvery buds attest to the robust health of the tea bush, culminating in a truly euphoric brew.
Fragrance: Dry leaves have a sweet floral fragrance coupled with other wild flowers and fruits characteristic of a well made AV2 clonal tea.
Liquor:
Appearance: The liquor shimmers in bright, sparkling lemon hues, evoking the effervescent glow of champagne.
Fragrance: The liquor opens with a fresh citrus zest, gradually unfolding into a lush, garden-like floral character reminiscent of Himalayan wildflowers, returning in gentle, inviting waves that envelop the senses and linger long after the sip.
Flavour: A luminous and expressive first flush, Thurbo Moonlight opens with an enchanting bouquet of fresh petals and delicate nectar. The liquor glides across the palate with a silky, full-mouth presence, gently coating every corner with its floral richness.
As the infusion evolves, a natural sweetness begins to emerge—reminiscent of ripe black grapes—adding depth and a subtle fruit-forward elegance. The aromatics intensify, filling the olfactory senses with a lingering, honeyed-fruit complexity.
The finish is long and graceful, with a persistent aftertaste that echoes sweet florals and dark grape notes, leaving a refined and memorable impression.
