Dry Tea Leaf:
Appearance: The dry tea leaves have heavenly sweet fragrance, characteristic of clonal teas.
The colour is a blend of brown shade and green delicately rolled into thin wiry leaf. It consists of golden tips which also accentuates the look of the made tea and adds that unique floral fragrance and flavor to the tea liquor.
Fragrance: Dry leaves have a sweet floral fragrance coupled with fragrances of Himalayan flora.
Liquor:
Appearance: Brighter shades of sparkling wine like colour.
Fragrance: Distinct fragrance of wild flowers are noted and can be felt as soon as we take the sip. The fragrance engulfs the olfactory and lingers after the sip as an after-taste.
Flavour: This is a masterpiece, a first of a kind produced by the garden. A combination of autumnal flavour along the characteristics of first flush teas is what makes this a unique tea from Darjeeling. The tea is smooth, full of fruity and umami taste, floral fragrances and has complex mouthfeel as we sip along.
No of infusions: Two to three good infusions brewed at 5 minutes each.

Liza Hill tea estate is an organic tea garden located about 20km from Darjeeling town. The elevation where teas are grown is between 2500ft and 4800ft. This tea estate is famed for its range of signature clonal teas which is much sought after by the top tea connoisseurs.
