  • Detailed Description

    Dry Tea Leaf:

    Appearance:

The dry leaf is well-rolled and tightly formed, displaying a good bloom and natural shine — a hallmark of quality craftsmanship. The leaves carry a rich, chocolaty bronze hue, deep and lustrous, reflecting both careful processing and the distinctive character of the Puttabong garden.
At a glance: Well-rolled leaf · Good bloom and shine · Chocolaty bronze hue · Classic muscatel character

Fragrance: The dry leaf releases a striking muscatel aroma, rich and full, layered with delicate flowery notes that add lift and brightness to the deeper, wine-like base — an unmistakable signature of Puttabong's celebrated character.

    Liquor:

Appearance: Sparkling hues of bright hues of sunrise.

Fragrance: The brewed liquor carries forward the same striking profile as the dry leaf — muscatel notes deepen with the warmth of infusion, while the flowery undertones rise gently, filling the cup with an aroma as bold and distinctive as its taste.

Tasting Notes: A confident astringency greets the palate from the outset — firm and feel-good, announcing a liquor of real strength and character. The cup unfolds boldly, with strong, full-bodied notes that hold their ground from first sip to last. At its heart lies the prized muscatel character — rich, wine-like, and unmistakably distinctive — entwined with deep floral notes evocative of the wild Himalayan forest. The two elements move together in harmony, creating a liquor that is both powerful and complex. The finish is robust and lasting, carrying the muscatel-floral signature well beyond the final sip, marking this tea as a true connoisseur's cup.

Palate Profile: Bold, feel-good astringency · Strong, full-bodied liquor · Classic muscatel character · Deep Himalayan forest florals · Robust, lasting finish
