Dry Tea Leaf:
Appearance: Long brownish slender tea leaves with lots of fragrant golden tips. It is a delight to cusp and watch the mesmerizing interplay of brown and golden tips. The tea is of optimal quality and consists of the two leaf and a bud, the best in terms of picking practices and standards maintained by this organic high elevation tea garden.
Fragrance: The dry tea leaves is a mixture of musk, spicy notes and floral aroma. It is a typical AV2 fragrance which tea lovers of premium Darjeeling second flush tea would relate to.
Liquor:
Appearance: Delicious looking sparkling clear liquor of orange hue.
Fragrance: Fragrance of tropical flora and sweet musk is noted in the cup.
Flavour: A perfect tea from second flush harvest to pampers the sense. A medium bodied tea with complex set of smooth buttery taste combined with floral and musky notes. The pleasant rich taste may be enjoyed throughout the sipping process and lasts for a long time as a delightful mouthfeel. A slight feel-good astringency is felt which seems to engulf and tickle the mouthfeel gradually right after the sip. Citrus tastes of juicy Himalayan fruits caresses the senses coupled with the sweetness of wild honey lingers as an aftertaste. An excellent summer tea with complex tastes, made with care and finesse.

Arya is a tea estate which is renowned for both its clonal as well as chinary cultivar teas. Some of the widely popular teas are Diamond, Pearl and Ruby. An organic tea garden, located just a few kilometers below the Darjeeling town at an elevation of 1800 meters and has been very consistent in producing the distinct characteristics which is Darjeeling.
