Appearance: This tea is the very first pick after winter’s long hibernation, and you can see it in the delicate size of the leaf and bud — a hallmark of early spring plucking. As the season progresses, the leaves grow larger, which can diminish the tea’s flavor profile. These organic first flush leaves are minimally processed, sun-dried, and 0% fermented, preserving their natural look and feel.
